Karen M. Krueger, MD, is an assistant professor of infectious diseases at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. She previously completed her medical degree at the Georgetown University School of Medicine, and both residency and fellowship at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. She currently serves as the medical director of the Northwestern Travel and Immunization clinic. Dr Krueger has an interest in immunization, especially of immunocompromised populations, and is currently participating in multiple clinical research trials evaluating response to vaccination. She is also actively involved in medical student and graduate medical trainee education with multiple roles at the medical school.
