
Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria
David Dingli, MD, PhD, is a consultant in the Division of Hematology, Department of Internal Medicine, at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He is also a professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science and the director of the Mayo Clinic Bone Marrow Transplant Program.
Dr Dingli's clinical and academic interests include plasma cell disorders, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, and other rare blood disorders, in addition to cell and gene engineering for a variety of hematologic disorders. He has published more than 460 peer-reviewed articles, numerous book chapters, and hundreds of abstracts.
