Clinical Topic Updates Podcast: Current and Investigational Treatment Options for EGFR-Mutated Non–Small Cell Lung Cancer
In the first-line treatment of metastatic non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with classical EGFR mutations, escalated/intensified therapy has become the new default for shared decision making. Upon progression, rebiopsy or liquid biopsy is used to guide personalized subsequent strategies, and participation in clinical trials should be considered whenever feasible and appropriate. Helena A.
