In this non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) podcast, Narjust Florez, MD, FASCO, discusses how multidisciplinary teams can coordinate systemic therapy, surgery, radiation therapy, supportive care, and survivorship planning for patients with NSCLC who are younger than 50 years of age. Dr Florez also reviews the evolving use of local therapy for oligopersistent and oligoprogressive disease as part of the broader multimodal treatment paradigm in NSCLC.
