Danielle Gatti-Palumbo, PharmD, BCACP, is a clinical pharmacist in the Division of Rheumatology at Northwell Health in Great Neck, NY. She currently holds board certifications in ambulatory care and HIV.

Her training includes a doctor of pharmacy degree from Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY, followed by a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at the Samuel S. Stratton Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Albany, NY, and a PGY2 in ambulatory care at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn.

Over the last 10 years, she has specialized in rheumatology, with a focus on patient medication access, medication management, education, and research, serving as a site pharmacist for multiple rheumatology clinical trials. Her dedication to patient care and research is central to her multifaceted contributions to the field of rheumatology. Professionally, she contributes nationally to continuing medical education in rheumatology and professional development programs for advanced practice providers. She serves as an ambulatory care preceptor for local pharmacy colleges and is a reviewer for multiple peer-reviewed journals.
