Bruce E. Strober, MD, PhD, is a clinical professor in the Department of Dermatology at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. He is also the cofounder of Central Connecticut Dermatology in Cromwell, CT. He earned both his medical degree and his doctorate from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, NY. He completed his residency in dermatology in the Department of Dermatology at NYU School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology. 

Dr Strober’s research interests include the study of therapeutics for inflammatory skin disease, specifically interventions that help patients with difficult-to-treat psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and hidradenitis suppurativa. His primary clinical focus is the treatment of difficult-to-treat inflammatory diseases of the skin, such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and hidradenitis suppurativa.

He is the author of more than 195 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, is the scientific codirector of the CorEvitas Psoriasis Registry, is secretary-treasurer of the International Psoriasis Council, and is editor in chief of the Journal of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis.
