Linda Stein Gold, MD

Linda Stein Gold, MD, is director of dermatology clinical research at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, MI. She is also division head of dermatology at the Henry Ford Health System in West Bloomfield, MI.

Dr Stein Gold received her medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, completed an internship at the Department of Internal Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and was chief resident for the Department of Dermatology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.

She is a frequent national and international lecturer. Dr Stein Gold’s recent research has focused on treatments for atopic dermatitis, rosacea, acne, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, alopecia areata, and actinic keratosis. She has authored more than 250 articles published in journals that include The New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, and the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr Stein Gold is also past vice president of the American Academy of Dermatology.
