The management of food allergies has undergone a significant evolution over the last decade, and novel therapies are an important part of the discussion. Our expert panel reviews currently US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)–approved treatments and potential future options, the nuances of specific food allergies, and patient-related factors such as allergen thresholds and patient goals, all of which should be considered when choosing therapies.
