Overview

<p>The JAK inhibitors momelotinib and pacritinib have shown promise in treating anemia and thrombocytopenia in myelofibrosis, leading to more frequent transfusion independence and/or improved hemoglobin levels. However, our experts remain cautious, noting in today’s podcast that current treatment options continue to be a significant unmet need for patients with cytopenic myelofibrosis.</p>
